Lightbulb Learning Logic
Effective date: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, and related services provided by Lightbulb Learning Logic (“Lightbulb Learning Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Logia Fitness and Logia Coach (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use a Service on behalf of a school, team, gym, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” then includes both you and that organization.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless prohibited by law.
Unless a Service specifically states otherwise, you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use an account-based Service only with any authorization required from a parent, guardian, school, team, or other responsible organization.
We may refuse registration, suspend access, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.
2. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purposes.
You may not:
- use a Service unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, groom, abuse, or impersonate another person;
- send sexual, exploitative, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content;
- use a Service to facilitate inappropriate contact with a minor;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, bypass, probe, or compromise security;
- access another person’s account or information without authorization;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit a Service except as permitted by law or written agreement;
- submit information you do not have authority to use or disclose;
- falsify training, identity, payment, or safety information; or
- use automated means that create an unreasonable burden on the Services.
3. User Content
“User Content” means information or material you submit through a Service, including workout records, plans, notes, messages, photographs, videos, and other files.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is permitted under our Privacy Policy or required by law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality obligations, organizational policies, or another person’s rights.
4. Safety and Reporting
The Services are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports involving suspected abuse or exploitation of a child should also be made to the appropriate local authorities.
You may report safety, privacy, security, or abuse concerns to support@lightbulblearninglogic.com. We may preserve relevant records, restrict access, investigate a report, or cooperate with valid legal process when reasonably necessary. We do not promise a particular investigation or enforcement outcome.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Services offer paid features or subscriptions through Apple, Google, or another authorized platform. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, and available features are displayed before purchase.
Unless the purchase screen states otherwise:
- payment is processed by the applicable platform provider;
- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through that provider;
- deleting an account or application does not automatically cancel a subscription; and
- refunds, billing disputes, and cancellation timing are governed by the provider’s rules and applicable law.
We may change features or future pricing, but changes will not alter a completed purchase or current subscription period except as disclosed and permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including application stores, health platforms, authentication providers, maps, payment systems, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. Features may vary by device, platform, region, account type, subscription, or connection status.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information you must retain. The Services should not be used as the sole repository for legally required, medical, educational, or business records.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, excluding User Content, are owned by Lightbulb Learning Logic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Our names, logos, designs, software, and content may not be used without permission except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using a Service, you acknowledge those practices. Application permissions and store privacy disclosures provide additional information for particular platforms and features.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTBULB LEARNING LOGIC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, if you use a Service on behalf of a business or organization, that organization will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lightbulb Learning Logic and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from the organization’s unlawful use of the Service, User Content it submits, violation of these Terms, or failure to obtain required permissions. This section does not require an individual consumer to indemnify us where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete an eligible account using the available account settings. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the applicable store.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a safety or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, exposed us or others to legal liability, or used the Services in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. When practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning retained records, ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and enforcement—will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Any legal action that is not required by applicable law to be brought elsewhere must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Boundary County, Idaho, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
16. General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Services unless a separate written agreement applies.
17. Additional Terms for Logia
The following provisions apply to Logia Fitness, Logia Coach, and related Logia services.
Fitness and health disclaimer
Logia provides tools for recording, planning, assigning, communicating about, and reviewing fitness activities. Logia does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency monitoring, or professional medical advice. Training involves risks, including serious injury or death. Users are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for their health, ability, environment, and equipment and should consult a qualified medical or fitness professional when appropriate.
Metrics, readiness information, targets, estimates, trends, reminders, and health-platform information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical measurements or guarantees of results. Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience warning signs or believe an activity is unsafe.
Coaches are independent users
Coaches, trainers, schools, teams, gyms, and other organizations using Logia are independent users and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Lightbulb Learning Logic. We do not credential, supervise, endorse, or guarantee a coach’s qualifications, conduct, advice, availability, or results. A coach is responsible for their services, professional obligations, insurance, screening, training decisions, communications, and compliance with laws and organizational policies.
Logia does not create a coach-client, healthcare-provider, fiduciary, employment, or educational relationship between Lightbulb Learning Logic and any user.
Minors and coaching relationships
Logia accounts are not available to children under 13. Users aged 13 through 17 may use Logia only with any authorization required by law or by the applicable parent, guardian, school, team, or organization.
A coach or organization working with a minor is responsible for:
- obtaining and documenting required parent, guardian, school, or organizational authorization;
- following applicable safeguarding, mandatory-reporting, recordkeeping, and communication requirements;
- ensuring that communications are professional and appropriate to the coaching relationship;
- limiting access to authorized staff; and
- responding appropriately to safety concerns.
Logia is a communication tool and does not replace an organization’s safeguarding policies or supervision.
Coaching communications
Messaging is limited to coaching connections and authorized class or workspace participants; Logia is not a public social network or searchable user directory. A recipient may gain access to earlier messages in an authorized class conversation when they later become connected and eligible to participate. Prior messages do not generate retroactive push notifications.
Messages cannot be edited or deleted by users after they are sent. Users should not send content they are not authorized to retain or disclose. We may preserve communications for safety, record integrity, support, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. Ending a connection may remove a user’s access without immediately deleting the underlying record.
Messaging must not be used for emergencies, medical decisions, unlawful surveillance, harassment, sexual or exploitative communications, or any conduct that violates safeguarding rules or professional boundaries.
Client and participant information
A coach or organization that creates or imports a participant record represents that it has lawful authority to do so. The coach or organization is responsible for data accuracy, providing required notices, responding to participants, and using information only for legitimate coaching purposes. Users must not place protected medical, educational, or other regulated records in Logia unless they have determined that the use is lawful and appropriate.
Assignments, programs, and results
Workouts, programs, reminders, completion statuses, adherence measures, and reports are organizational and informational tools. They do not guarantee participation, safety, performance, fitness improvement, or any particular outcome. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing and adapting any activity they assign.
