Lightbulb Learning Logic
Last updated: September 4, 2026

Lightbulb Learning Logic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website or use a mobile application published by Lightbulb Learning Logic.

This policy applies to:

  • https://lightbulblearninglogic.com; and
  • mobile applications published by Lightbulb Learning Logic on the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform, including Logia Fitness and Logia Coach.

Some sections apply only to particular applications or features. The section titled Additional Information for Logia Fitness and Logia Coach describes practices specific to those applications.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Depending on the service or application, we may collect information that you provide, including:

  • your name, email address, and communications sent to us;
  • account and authentication information;
  • profile information and preferences;
  • content, records, notes, files, photographs, videos, or other information you choose to enter or upload; and
  • information submitted when requesting support, exercising a privacy right, or reporting a safety or technical concern.

Some applications do not require an account and store information only on your device. Other applications, including Logia Fitness and Logia Coach, require an account for some or all features.

Information collected automatically

Our website, applications, hosting providers, and platform providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as:

  • browser, device, operating-system, and application version information;
  • IP address and approximate location inferred from an IP address;
  • pages or screens viewed and access timestamps;
  • diagnostic, crash, performance, and security information; and
  • device notification tokens and related technical identifiers needed to deliver notifications.

We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services. We do not use advertising identifiers to track users across unrelated applications or websites.

Device permissions and sensitive information

Some features may request access to information or capabilities such as health and fitness data, location, notifications, photos, camera, or Bluetooth. We request access only when needed for a user-facing feature. Permissions are optional unless clearly required for that feature and can generally be changed in device settings.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide, maintain, personalize, and improve our website and applications;
  • create and secure accounts and authenticate users;
  • synchronize information across devices and authorized accounts;
  • provide features requested by users;
  • deliver notifications and service communications;
  • manage purchases, subscriptions, and access rights;
  • respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • diagnose technical problems and monitor reliability;
  • protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and maintain the integrity of records;
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service providers

We use service providers to support functions such as website hosting, email, authentication, databases, cloud storage, application distribution, purchase processing, notifications, diagnostics, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law. Providers may include Supabase, Apple, Google, and other vendors used to operate a particular application.

At your direction or as part of a feature

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or when disclosure is necessary to provide a feature you use. For example, information entered in a connected coaching relationship may be visible to the authorized participants in that relationship.

Safety, legal process, and protection of rights

We may preserve, review, or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; address fraud, abuse, security, or safety concerns; protect the rights or safety of users or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business transfers

If all or part of our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Information stored only on a device remains there unless the user exports or synchronizes it, deletes it, or removes the application. Information used by account-based applications may be stored in cloud systems in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain record integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and protect users and the service. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it is processed. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

5. Children’s Privacy

Some Lightbulb Learning Logic applications may be designed for or used by children and may provide separate notices or consent flows appropriate to those applications.

Unless an application specifically states otherwise, our general-audience services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information through a general-audience service from a child under 13 without authorization required by applicable law. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us at support@lightbulblearninglogic.com.

Logia-specific age terms appear below and in our Terms of Use.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the application you use, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain information about our practices; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also:

  • change application permissions in device settings;
  • change notification preferences in the application or device settings;
  • disconnect optional health services;
  • manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable application store; and
  • use an available in-application account-deletion feature.

To submit a privacy request, email support@lightbulblearninglogic.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.

Account deletion does not necessarily remove information that must be retained for security, record integrity, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, legal compliance, or the protection of users. It also does not delete information controlled independently by another user or organization.

7. Additional Information for Logia Fitness and Logia Coach

This section applies specifically to Logia Fitness, Logia Coach, and related Logia services (collectively, “Logia”).

Logia account and training information

Depending on the features used, Logia may process:

  • name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile information, and preferences;
  • coach, client, staff, class, workspace, and program connections;
  • workout plans, assigned workouts, completed workouts, exercise history, duration, effort, notes, attendance, and adherence information;
  • progress measurements, personal metrics, targets, readiness check-ins, recovery information, nutrition entries, and related training records;
  • subscription status and application-store transaction identifiers;
  • uploaded media and associated metadata; and
  • support, security, diagnostic, and synchronization records.

Coaching communications

When messaging is available, Logia may store and process message content, sender and recipient information, conversation and class membership, timestamps, delivery information, and read or unread status. Direct coaching messages are visible to the connected client and authorized coach or staff participants. Class announcements or class conversations are visible only to connected clients and authorized coach or staff participants who have access to that class conversation.

Messages are coaching records. Users cannot edit or delete individual messages after sending them. Messages may be retained after a connection ends or an account is deleted when reasonably necessary to preserve conversation integrity, protect users, investigate safety or abuse concerns, resolve disputes, comply with law, or maintain an accurate record for the remaining participant. A disconnected user may lose access to a conversation even when the underlying record is retained.

Logia does not routinely monitor private coaching conversations. We may preserve or review limited information when reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate a reported safety or security concern, enforce our Terms, or comply with valid legal process. We may disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to address an imminent risk of serious harm.

Coaches and organizations

Coaches, schools, teams, gyms, and other organizations may enter or manage information about clients or participants. Those parties are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to provide and use that information and for complying with laws, organizational policies, consent requirements, and safeguarding obligations applicable to their coaching relationship. In some circumstances, a coach or organization may independently control information it enters into Logia. Requests relating to that information may need to be directed to the relevant coach or organization.

Users aged 13 through 17

Logia is not intended for children under 13, and a person must be at least 13 to create a Logia account. A user aged 13 through 17 may use Logia only with any parent, guardian, school, team, or organizational authorization required by applicable law or policy. Coaches and organizations are responsible for obtaining permissions required for their relationships and communications with minors. If we learn that a Logia account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend the account and delete or restrict the information as required by law.

Health and fitness information

Logia Fitness may optionally connect to Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. With permission, Logia Fitness may read information the user chooses to share, including workouts, exercise sessions, sleep information, resting heart rate, and other recovery-related information. On supported platforms, Logia Fitness may save completed workouts and related information to the applicable health service.

Health-service access is optional and can be changed or revoked in device settings. Logia uses this information only to provide health, workout, recovery, and progress features requested by the user. We do not use health or fitness information for advertising, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral tracking, and we do not sell health or fitness information.

Logia provides fitness tracking, planning, and communication tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or healthcare services. Users should consult a qualified professional regarding medical concerns and should not rely on Logia for emergencies.

Location information

When a user chooses to track an outdoor workout, Logia Fitness may process precise or approximate location information to calculate and display a route, distance, pace, moving time, elevation, or similar workout information. Location may be collected in the background or while the device is locked during an active outdoor workout and may be saved with workout history and synchronized when account sync is enabled. Location access is optional and can be changed in device settings.

Notifications and badges

Logia may process device notification tokens, message unread counts, and related technical identifiers to deliver coaching messages, account or service notices, workout-related notifications, and application-icon or in-application badges. These identifiers are not used for advertising or tracking.

Logia account deletion

Logia users may request account deletion within the application or by contacting us. We delete or de-identify account profile information, workout and progress information, uploaded media, preferences, and other account data when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to the retention exceptions described in this policy. Coaching communications and the minimum identifiers required to preserve their integrity may be retained as described above. Application-store providers may retain purchase records under their own policies and legal obligations.

8. Application-Store Disclosures

For applications distributed through Apple or Google, we provide Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data safety disclosures. Those summaries may vary by application and should be read together with this policy. If a store disclosure and this policy appear inconsistent, contact us so we can investigate and correct the disclosure.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our applications or website may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Apple Health, Health Connect, Apple, Google, Supabase, and other third-party services may process information independently when a user interacts with their services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after the effective date of an updated policy means the updated policy applies to future use, but it does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
