Some apps do not require account creation. Other apps, including Logia Fitness and Logia Coach, require account creation and sign-in to use app features.
b. Information Collected Automatically (Website)
When you visit our website, limited technical information may be collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as:
- Browser type
- Device type
- IP address
- Pages visited and timestamps
This information is used for basic site operation and security and is not used to personally identify visitors.
c. Information Collected by Our Apps
Many of our mobile applications are designed to collect little to no personal data.
Depending on the specific app:
- Data may be stored locally on your device
- No advertising identifiers are collected
- No tracking across apps or websites occurs
Some apps, including Logia Fitness and Logia Coach, require account creation and sign-in to use app features. For these apps, we may collect and process account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, coach/client connection information, subscription status, workout logs, assigned workouts, personal plans, exercise history, progress metrics, app preferences, uploaded media, and media metadata.
Logia apps use Supabase and related service providers to store, sync, secure, and provide app data across devices and user accounts.
If an app uses optional analytics or system diagnostics provided by the operating system, this data is anonymized and used only to improve app stability and performance.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only as needed to:
- Respond to direct inquiries
- Maintain and improve our website and apps
- Diagnose technical issues
- Provide account access and app functionality
- Sync app data across devices and user accounts, when supported by the app
- Support coach/client workflows in Logia apps
- Manage subscription access and purchase status
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Limited information may be processed by trusted service providers solely to support:
- Website hosting
- Email communication
- App distribution platforms, such as Apple App Store and Google Play
- Authentication, database, storage, and app backend services, such as Supabase
- Payment and subscription processing, such as Apple and Google in-app purchase systems
- App diagnostics, crash reporting, or operating system analytics, if enabled
These providers are required to protect information and may not use it for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Website inquiry emails are retained only as long as necessary to respond or maintain appropriate business records.
For apps that store data only on your device, that data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it or uninstall the app.
For Logia apps, account and app data may be stored in secure cloud databases so the app can provide account access, syncing, coach/client features, subscriptions, and customer support.
We retain app data while an account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain security. When we no longer need the information, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
5. Children’s Privacy
Some of our apps are designed for use by children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe that personal information from a child has been provided to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold
- Request correction or deletion of personal data
- Ask questions about our data practices
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Logia Fitness and Logia Coach users may request deletion of their account and associated app data by emailing support@lightbulblearninglogic.com from the email address used for their Logia account with the subject “Logia Account Deletion Request.”
We will delete or de-identify account profile data, workout logs, progress data, uploaded media metadata, app preferences, and other app data associated with the account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction record purposes.
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
7. App Store and Google Play Privacy Disclosures
For apps distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, we comply with applicable privacy disclosure requirements, including Apple App Privacy details and Google Play Data safety disclosures.
Specific disclosures for each app are available within that app’s store listing. These disclosures may vary by app depending on whether the app uses accounts, cloud sync, subscriptions, diagnostics, or other features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
